Creamy Soup Served in Sourdough Mini Bowl

Ingredients

  • • 4 Simply Bake Mini Boules (small rounds)
  • • Your favorite soup (broccoli cheddar recommended)
  • • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Cut top off each bread loaf and hollow out center
  3. Brush inside with melted butter mixed with garlic powder
  4. Bake bowls for 10 minutes to crisp up
  5. Fill with hot soup and serve immediately
  6. Tear off pieces of bread to dip as you eat!

Ingredients

  • • 1 Simply Bake 10" Sourdough Baguette, sliced
  • • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • • Salt and pepper to taste
  • • Optional: fresh mozzarella, parmesan shavings

Instructions

  1. Slice baguette into ½ inch thick rounds at an angle
  2. Brush slices with olive oil and toast until golden
  3. Mix tomatoes, garlic, basil, remaining oil, and vinegar
  4. Season tomato mixture with salt and pepper
  5. Rub toasted bread with a cut garlic clove
  6. Top each slice generously and serve immediately

  • • 1 ripe avocado
  • • 2 eggs (for poaching)
  • • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • • Juice of ½ lemon

  • • Flaky sea salt & black pepper
  • • Toppings: microgreens, cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan

Instructions
